The Hawksdale Estate is an existing area of heritage residential estate within the countryside of the United Kingdom. The estate was initially constructed during the 1500s, with Hawksdale hall at its center being redeveloped during the late 11700s The estate features a heritage church still used by the local community and extensive gardens including a nature garden, fishing pond, and a disused area of land around the historic stables.   

A private developer has recently purchased the Hawksdale estate intending to develop the land to extend present facilities and create a high-end, state-of-the-art Hotel, Spa, and Countryside resort facility.

The client has hired you as the main contractor for the project and needs your support in furthering the design of the project to meet a wide array of sustainability requirements. Presenting the Project  

Based on your work across the whole project, please create a 5-minute presentation on your version of the Hawksdale project to be delivered to your site manager.
