Lessons Learnt
The industry has its successes as well as its failures. It is vital that you understand the importance of learning from your individual experience to replicate success and avoid future mistakes.
Prepare a summary report identifying 5 major successes and failings in the following high-profile construction schemes. Record your view of how we as an industry can take on the positives and avoid the negatives from these schemes. Undertake an analysis of your project. Is there anything that your team could do differently on your current project?
Please provide a bibliography of the sources you used in support of your report.
Project 1 – The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA)
Project 2 – Grenfell Tower Recladding
