 Task – Interview the Project Manager on your site and find out the following information; 

  • Their roles and responsibilities 
  • What does an average day look like for a Project Manager?
  • What Stakeholders do they work closely with and why?
  • What current projects are they working on? 

 

TASK 2

To read the provided PowerPoint presentation and find out the following for your Wates site;  

      1. How is Quality being measured in your Wates site?
      2. What policies and procedures are in place to ensure Quality is measured?  
      3. At what points of the building process is Quality checked and assessed?
      4. Whose responsibility is it to ensure Quality is checked?

 

OUTPUT

Please provide a one-page MS word document outlining the above points.
